Recognition of the validity of documents of conformity issued by a foreign body for conformity assessment and signs of conformity issued abroad (foreign documents and signs of conformity) in the Republic of Kosovo is regulated by the Administrative Instruction on the Form and Content of the Sign of Conformity and Manner of Recognition of Foreign Documents of Conformity, “Official Gazette of RKS” 03/2020).

This Administrative Instruction regulates in more detail the conditions and procedures for recognizing the validity of foreign documents and signs of conformity in the Republic of Kosovo, which is a further step in the implementation of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products and Conformity Assessment.
